Become a Provider

Welcome! If you are a representative of an arts organization, or an individual teacher/artist interested in providing arts and cultural experiences to school districts in the Dayton Region and surrounding counties, we invite you to submit an application be become an ArtsDEEP provider! Complete the short application telling us a little bit about you or your organization and the kinds of educational experiences you provide. Once we’ve reviewed and approved your application, we will provide you with a Provider Member Log-in, you’ll have your information posted on the site, and you will be able to submit your individual scheduled performances and programming - "explorations." Individual exploration entries will go live on the site as they are approved.

ArtsDEEP is an information portal that provides quick and easy access for educators to the arts-focused education programs that you or your organization offers. All scheduling of events and ticketing will be handled by you via your normal means.

ArtsDEEP will not replace other marketing and promotion your organization provides about your arts education programming, but we hope to make it much easier for educators to find out about the wealth of opportunities available to their students from large arts and cultural organizations, small arts and cultural organizations, and individual artists.

We are excited that you are interested in joining ArtsDEEP (Dayton Education Exploration Portal) and making your education programming available to more than 50 school districts in Dayton and the counties surrounding Dayton. There is no cost for arts and cultural organizations or individual artists to become approved contributors to ArtsDEEP.

Complete the form linked below and answer a few simple questions about your organization and the education programming you offer for grades K-12. Once we’ve reviewed the form and your application to participate is approved, you’ll receive log-in information via email and you can begin to enter your programming. Each Exploration will be individually reviewed before going live on the ArtsDEEP site.

Please remember that you or your organization will need to satisfy the requirements each school district has for in-school programming in regard to fingerprinting, background checks, etc. The educators will schedule explorations directly with you via the contact information you provide on the ArtsDEEP site and make you aware of these requirements at that time.
