Students strengthen their sense of wonder as they explore the outdoors using their senses. Experience nature and encounter plants and animals through touching, smelling, seeing and hearing. Students continue using their senses while visiting the Marie S. Aull Center’s Discovery areas and may get an opportunity to touch a snake or box turtle.
Objectives: To discover and build awareness of diversity through the use of the senses in a rich, natural environment.
Grades: PreK-2
Field Trip Length: 1.5 hours
This program is offered September through May, Tuesdays through Fridays. It takes place at the Nature Center.
Minimum cost of $75.00 per program.
