Field Trips
Field trips are designed to give schools, organizations and individual students an opportunity to visit K12 Gallery & TEJAS, view the artwork on display in our gallery and and participate in an art activity. A professional artist will lead each class through an adventure in art-making.

Scout Field Trips
We are proud to be a community partner with the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio!!
We offer art badges for Brownie-Cadette Girl Scouts along with additional projects designed just for the Scouts of all ages. One-day and two-day class options are available depending on badge requirements. *Ask us about our special Bee Creative! K12 Gallery & TEJAS Badge that all scouts will get with their class!

Art Parties
$275 – Drawing, Painting, Mixed Media

for up to 15 participants, plus $15 for each additionalparticipant (25 people, max).
- If you choose any of these projects, you can take them with you the same day.
$300 – Clay, Stained Glass, Mosaic

for up to 15 participants, plus $15 for each additional participant(20 people, max)..
- Choose from clay tiles, clay faces, pinch/coil/slab pots, or wheel-thrown pottery. The pieces will be fired after they air dry, and can be picked up within 2 weeks. You can then have the students paint/varnish/decorate them at your location.
$350 – Hot Glass, Torch Beads

for up to 10 participants(10 people, max).
- If you choose hot glass, we will do paperweights, and flamework beads. The pieces will be placed in an annealer, to slowly cool so that they do not crack, and can be picked up within 1 week.
Please Note
*There is no charge for teachers, paraprofessionals, parents or volunteers, who are there only to assist*
We require full payment via credit card, check, or cash when scheduling.
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
We supply all materials and equipment.
You may bring party decorations/favors, cake/snacks and refreshments, which you can set-up as early as 30 minutes prior to the arrival of participants. You must be finished by the end of the 2 hour period, so it is best to take a break at the end of the first hour to have your celebration.
Please bring old shirts, or aprons, to cover each participant’s clothing. Please make parents and participants aware of the project ahead of time, along with how to dress appropriately for artmaking (older clothes, older shoes).
Please also bring tubs, boxes, or bags, in which to transport the artwork.
